Pick up from your hotel or airport and drive past the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru. Enjoy a mid-morning game drive, spotting endangered species like Rothschild’s giraffe, white and black rhinos along the lakeshore. Flamingos are fewer due to climate change, but other birds such as pelicans, cormorants, and kingfishers are abundant.

Wake before dawn and enjoy breakfast as Lake Bogoria comes alive. Explore the park’s bubbling hot springs, steaming geysers, and, if lucky, flamingo-lined shores amid gazelles and impalas.
